The movie will stream on OTT two months after it hits the silver screen. OTTplay revealed that the film will have its OTT release on 6th February 2026 on Jio Hotstar.

The romcom can be enjoyed for 2 hours and 4 minutes. Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 has got a UA 16+ certificate with the regulatory body praising the film. The board passed the film with just one minor change in the initial part of the movie.
Estimated Box Office Collections
Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 will face stiff competition at the box office from Dhurandhar. Ranveer Singh’s movie is going great guns at the box office and has collected more than Rs. 150 Crores in just 5 days. Kapil Sharma is busy promoting his movie all around the country. The film is expected to collect 2-3 Crores at the box office on the day of its release.
